Step 1: Submit the Registration Form

To begin the process, parents must fill out and submit the Registration Form. You can collect the form from any of our campuses or download it directly from our Admissions page.

Step 2: Know the Registration Timeline

Each year, registration opens in March and September. Therefore, we recommend applying early, as seats are limited and admissions are highly competitive.

Step 3: Review the School Prospectus

As part of the Shakarganj Evergreen School instruction, we encourage parents to read the school prospectus carefully. It provides important information about our curriculum, values, environment, and facilities.

Step 4: Prepare for the Admission Test

Students must appear in an admission test conducted at the campus. The test evaluates skills in English, Mathematics, and Urdu, based on the child’s academic level. In some cases, the school also conducts a short interview to assess communication and readiness.

Step 5: Understand the Merit-Based Criteria

The school grants admission based on merit. After passing the test and receiving approval from the Principal, parents receive a fee challan to proceed with enrollment.

Step 6: If Not Selected

If your child doesn’t qualify on the first attempt, don’t worry. We’ll provide clear instructions and guidance. In many cases, you can register again for the next available test session.
