📑 Required Documents Checklist

  1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    Make sure the certificate clearly shows the child’s full name and date of birth.

  2. Photocopy of B-Form issued by NADRA
    The B-Form is a mandatory requirement for all school-age children in Pakistan. It confirms the child’s identity and parentage.

  3. Two Recent Passport-Size Photos (1”x1”)
    Please provide 2 copies of a recent, clear photo of your child.

  4. Photocopy of Parent’s or Guardian’s CNIC
    This verifies the identity of the guardian responsible for the child’s admission.

  5. Properly Filled Admission Form
    Ensure that all fields are filled out completely and accurately. Incomplete forms may result in application rejection.
